Hi readers:
In this new project we have worked with schools from Flanders and Sardinia. We had to choose one basque song, and later translate to english using the aplication dotsub. Finally, this work is going to be shared with this people.
The song that I chose is called "Izarren Hautsa", that means "The stardust". It is a very typicall, famous and significant song to Basque people, and this is the reason I selected this song. The singer is Mikel Laboa. Mikel Laboa (1934-2008) was one of the Basque Country's most important singer-songwriters.
Considered the patriarch of Basque music, his music has had an influence on younger generations.
